General terms of use

The consultation and the use of  images proposed by the Tourist Information Centre of Suresnes involve the complete and whole acceptance of GTU.

The access to the picture library is only  for the professionals who aim at promoting the city of Suresnes as tourist destination.

Uses

It is strictly forbidden to refocus or to modify, of some manners the photos published.

Photos can on no account, to be used for commercial purposes.

Procedure to reach the picture library

Every person wishing to have access to the photo library via Web has to make a request of registration by filling all the fields of the form. After study, the Tourist Information Centre of Suresnes choose to accept it or not.

Copyrights

One or several copyrights  which the Tourist Information Centre of Suresnes will pass on to the applicant will be (-have) to affix necessarily on each of the photos.

Personal data - Law RGPD

Purpose of theprocessing : data intended only to be used for the sending of one or several photography wanted. Only the team of the Tourist Information Centre of Suresnes can access the data of the forms.

Type of data and localization collected : name - First name - E-mail - Name company - precise use of one or several photography - Publication date and name of the article, the site or other any supports(media).

Consent - Access - rectification - disappearance : the person completing the form will have to agree to the processing of its personal data. The data will be only used to send one or several photography. Each of the registered users has the right to ask for the access to its personal data, to rectify them or to ask for the disappearance. Besides he has the right to remove his consent at any time ( by e-mail in : contact@suresnes-tourisme.com)

Life of the data : once the request is handled  the data will be destroyed.

Evidences of publication

The user makes a commitment to inform the the Tourist Information Centre of Suresnes about the publications of pictures transmitted within two months maximum ( By e-mail in: contact@suresnes-tourisme.com)

Applicable laws, competent courts

GTU is governed by the French law. Any dispute concerning GTU can be the object of legal proceedings with the competent courts.
