This house of 100 m2 has 3 separated rooms with twin beds in each. The linen of bedding is supplied.
Big lounge and dining-room with a french-window opening on the terrace, and the unbelievable panoramic view on all Paris.
The lounge has a bar, a TV flat screen with 160 chains, unlimited telephone towards the fixed land lines of hundred countries. WiFi.
Completely equipped large kitchen: dining table and 6 chairs, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer, oven with pyrolysis, refrigerator and freezer, microwaves oven, coffeepot, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom with bathtub and big shower,2 washbasins and Toilets. Towels are supplied.
The terrace of the ground floor outside the kitchen has a table, 4 chairs and a parasol to have breakfast outside when the weather is beautiful.
The terrace of the first floor has a big table and 8 chairs, a big parasol and a small side table.
Central gas heating.
Closed parking lot ( 1 place)

Rates & Payment

All year 1.750 € per week.
5 days rental for 1.450 €.

All charges included.

Deposit 30 % of the total price.

Guarantee 300 €.

Payment by cash, with prior agreement with the owner. Bank transfer
