The MUS – Museum of Urban and Social History – opened its doors in the old Suresnes-Longchamp station, which was renovated with a modern extension added.
An exhibition covering 7 themes tells the story of Suresnes and how it has evolved over the years. Suresnes past, present and future; the wine-making village, the industrial town, the changing town, Henri Sellier, and its urban and social projects.
The museum staff invite you to discover the museum's rich and varied collections through permanent and temporary exhibitions, as well as special events (lectures and workshops).
The Museum of Urbanand Social History has created a bilingual walking tour of the town, and invites you to independently discover the iconic examples of 20th-century architecture, signposted at 21 points along a heritage trail.
